Responsibilities:
1.Manage all kind of servers (like Exchange and FTP servers) to ensure that each server has 100% up-time;
2.Implement and maintain a well-designed, stable and secure network structure for the company;
3.Provide the information security solution for network/server/client, such as anti-spam, anti-virus, backup policy, discovery policy, network/system protection etc;
4.Vendor management to match company’s needs in IT function;
5.Monitor system logs and activities on all servers and devices to ensure the company IT security related policies and procedures are well followed;
6.Perform daily IT support, like user profiles and accounts creation, email issues, software/hardware installation, maintenance, and upgrading, project data and systems backups; and desktop troubleshooting;
7.Provide technical support, consultation and training to the company;
Requirements:
1.University graduate with major in Computer Science, Internet formation Technology or equivalent discipline;
2.More than 5 years successful experiences of Helpdesk troubleshooting and system/network administration;
3.Proficient in Windows 2007/XP based configuration and administration;
4.Proficient in server/network infrastructure and configuration, such as Exchange, Router, Switch, Firewall, etc;
5.Familiar with Microsoft management tools, such as SourceSafe, SCOM, etc;
6.Strong knowledge/experience regarding Enterprise Application Systems, such as ERP, CRM, HRMS etc.
7.Good English writing and speaking skills;
8.Able to work on multiple projects in parallel;
9.Able to work as a team or independently;
10.Self-motivated, aggressive and able to work efficiently.
