预决算工程师

职位概要: 完成公司下达的部门、个人担保业绩目标，及相关工作。 工作内容: 1、 Responsible for the design, specification and selection of water treatment equipment and associated components, including pumps, heat exchangers, mixers, pressure vessels, valves and piping systems During the proposal stage and project execution stage 2、 Generate project/bidding documentation including equipment arrangement drawings, skid and platform layouts, and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID). 3、 Researches and analyzes data such as customer design, specifications, and manuals to determine feasibility of design or application. 4、 Works with a team of mechanical, electrical, process, and controls engineers in design of custom water treatment systems. 5、 Reviews product design for compliance with China engineering principles, company standards, and customer contract requirements, and related specifications. 6、 Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolution of engineering design and test problems. 7、 Directs integration of technical activities and products. 8、 Evaluates and approves design changes, specifications, and drawing releases. Controls expenditures within limitations of project budget. 9、 Manages project design work to comply with schedule requirements. Prepares interim and final project reports. 10. Interfaces with customer’s technical representatives during the bidding stage and project execution stage 任职资格: • Bachelor’s degree in water supply & drainage engineering • At least 6 years project engineering experience. • Ability to communicate effectively and contribute to project teams. • Advanced knowledge of written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese. • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time. • Experience in water treatment industry and engineering. Desired • Experience in water or wastewater industry. Especially for UF, RO system • Ability to define problems collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. • Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. • Professional Engineer License preferred.
