1. 招聘:维护北京总部的招聘渠道,根据总部的人力资源战略和预算组织招聘,撰写岗位说明书和任职要求,更新招聘网站上的职位信息;筛选简历;面试等。
2. HR procedures:

2.3. Labor/consultant/interns contracts
2.4. Status change/ transfer etc.
2.人事流程方面的工作,包括:办理员工入职,解雇或员工辞职、劳动关系终止等的流程,及员工异动和调动的流程;
3. C&B:
3.1 Prepare monthly employee welfare (SI and HPF basis) and confirm with HR Personnel Service Company.
3.2. Prepare monthly salary increase sheet
3.3. Prepare monthly annual leave sheet.
3.4. Prepare monthly HR statistics (attendance, English training etc.)
3.5. Check monthly salary and confirm with HR Dispatch Company.
3.6. Make sure that HR Dispatch Company pay salary timely each month.
3.7. Make sure that HR Dispatch Company provide appropriate invoice and payment to related Bureaus.
3.8. Check monthly payroll
3.9. Follow PRC labor laws and regulations for HQ and Project Companies.
3.10. Standardize C&B to Project Companies
3.11. Double check Project Companies salary for approval process.
3. 薪酬:与人事委托服务公司协调办理员工社保事宜,按月更新员工工资增长汇总表,按月更新年假汇总表,按月准备出勤数据(包括英语培训的出勤数据),计算并于人事服务公司核对员工工资,督促人事服务公司按时提供工资数据和及时提供发票,核对工资条,规范项目公司的薪酬管理;审核项目公司提供的工资数据;确保总部和项目公司都按照劳动法办事。
4. Database:
4.1. Follow Company policy on Database for Soft and Hard filing for HR HQ and standardize to project companies.
4.2. HQ Employee database such as employment contracts, job promotion, employee personal data etc.
4.3. HQ Supplier contract database (soft and hard filing).
4. 数据库管理:
4.1 遵守公司数据库管理的规定管理总部的人事文件,并且规范项目公司的文件管理;
4.2 管理总部员工的信息,包括劳动合同,员工异动信息及员工基本信息;
5. Policies:
5.1. Assist HR Director in developing and updating HR policies and procedures for HQ and project companies such as Management handbook, Employee handbook, safety policies and strong policies for HQ and Project Companies
5.2. Standardize all HQ policies to Project Companies.
5. 政策:协助人力资源总监完善总部和项目公司的人事政策和人事流程,如:管理手册,员工手册,安全制度等。
6. Performance:
6.1.Develop, communicate, and implement performance management including tools, methods, formats and results.
6.2. Carry out the performance evaluation for HQ employees.
6.3. Standardize performance procedure to Project Companies.
6. 绩效考核:制定绩效考核工具、方法、形式和结果等;开展总部的绩效考核;规范项目公司的绩效考核;
7. Survey:
7.1. Create, manage and conduct HQ employees’ satisfaction survey.
7.2. Standardize survey procedure to Project Companies.
7. 满意度调查: 制定、管理和实施北京总部员工的满意度调查;规范项目公司的满意度调查程序;
8. Training:
8.1. Create training tools and materials for HQ employees and Project Companies.
8.2. Coordinating training programs and internal communication.
8. 培训:建立总部和项目公司的培训渠道和材料;培训计划的内部沟通协调。
