投资经理

岗位职责： 1、市场信息的收集与整理 依据部门要求，收集一定数量的项目信息并加以整理。 2、项目渠道建设与维护 依据部门要求，建立通畅的业务联系渠道，维护好与项目单位的正常关系。 3、投资分析 （1）组织、参与尽职调查； （2）从事投资架构设计(方案、策略及计划)； （3）从事立项报告、投资风险评估、建立财务模型、投资评价等文件的编写； （4）跟踪在谈项目。 4、投标与谈判 （1）组织、策划、参与与政府或业主的谈判及签约； （2）从事框架协议、并购协议、特许经营协议等文件的编写； （3）组织投标类项目(B0T、TOT及并购等)的投标、协调及谈判工作； 5、项目实施 （1）组织、策划、参与项目融资； （2）从事项目公司前期的组建及协调工作,如推荐经营层、工商登记等； 6、与项目各关联方的合作 从事和各方的顾问公司、评估机构、审计机构、联合体成员、业务外包单位的组织、协调工作； 7、政府公共事务 （1）负责协调与政府及其它职能部门的关系，以保障项目相关协议的签署与具体落实。 （2）负责协调与项目单位的关系，保障项目顺利实施。 Job Description: 1. Collecting and organizing market information. According to the department’s requirement, collect related project information at a reasonable amount with good organization. 2. Building up and maintaining project pipelines. According to the department’s requirement, build up the clear and professional pipelines as well as maintain the relationship with project owners. 3. Investment analysis 1）Organizing and be involved in the DDs; 2）Designing investment structure (including plan, strategy and schedule); 3）Compiling related documents, such as application report, investment risk analysis, financing mode and investment evaluation. 4）Follow-up projects under discussion. 4. Bidding and negotiation 1）Organizing, planning and be involved in the negotiation and signing with governments or owners. 2）Compiling framework agreement, merge agreement, concession agreement and etc. 3）Organizing related bidding, coordination and negotiation of bidding projects (BOT, TOT & merge). 5. Project implementation 1）Organizing, planning and be involved in project financing. 2）Be involved in the formation and coordination of prophase work for Project Company, such as recommending senior management team, following up with business registration and etc. 6. Cooperation with relevant partners Working on the organization and coordination with consulting company, appraisal institution, JV members, outsourcing units 7. Government and public affairs 1）Be responsible for coordinating with the government and other functional departments in order to ensure the signing and implementation of related agreements. 2）Be responsible for coordinating with project owners in order to ensure the implementation of the project. 任职要求： 1. 本科及以上学历，有水务投资、工程管理、经济学、财务或法务等知识背景。 2. 至少具有3年以上水务行业投资管理或咨询机构顾问的工作经验。 3. 熟悉BOT/TOT/BT/BOO等投资控股方式，熟悉市政和环保领域的城市供水、污水处理项目，污水、固体废物无害化处置项目。 4. 熟悉项目投资的价值计算和风险规避，熟悉最新的公司法、合同法、税务法等相关国家的法律法规。 5. 能够独立完成在项目资料基础上编制环保水务项目投资收购方案书，能够独立运作项目。 6. 良好的与人沟通能力及团队合作精神。 Job Requirement: 1. Bachelor degree or above; having related knowledge background, such as water business investment, project management, economics, finance or legal affairs. 2. With at least three years working experience of investment management in water business or adviser in consultant institutions. 3. Be familiar with investment holding modes such as BOT/TOT/BT/BOO and related municipal projects such as water supply, wastewater treatment, solid waste hazardless disposal and etc. 4. Be familiar with the project investment value calculation, risk aversion and the the latest company law, contract law, taxation law as well as other related state laws and regulations. 5. Be able to prepare water project investment & acquisition proposal document independently based on project materials and manage project independently. 6. Good at communicating with others and good team spirit.
