工艺设备工程师 Process & Equipment Engineer 工作地点：河北 定州 工作年限：2年以上 外语要求：良好 学历：本科以上 人数：1人 职位描述 Job Description： 职位描述： 1、 负责制定污水厂的工艺设备日常管理制度，编制各岗位操作规程； 2、 负责污水厂的生产日常管理，并组织完成各项生产任务及指标； 3、 负责制定水厂的设备检修计划，备品备件采购计划； 4、 负责水厂设备检修、设备更新的计划与实施； 5、 负责编制各项设备运转、状态监测报表，随时向污水厂运营总经理汇报设备情况； 6、 负责操作、维护人员的岗位培训； 7、 负责污水厂质量管理体系的实施，分解各项技术经济指标，并确保执行； 8、 负责污水厂运营成本核算，并提出改善及优化方案； 9、 负责编制各项生产报表，随时向污水厂运营总经理汇报生产情况； 10、 负责水厂的工艺优化、技术改造的计划与实施； 11、 负责操作人员的岗位培训，各岗位的考核及评比； 职位要求： 1、本科及以上学历，环境工程、给排水或相关专业； 2、2年以上水厂运营管理经验； 3、有工业污水处理经验者优先； 4、严谨、务实的工作态度，良好的沟通协调能力和团队精神； 5、英语沟通能力良好。 Process & Equipment Engineer Work place: Dingzhou Hebei Work experience: 2 years or above English: Good Education background: BA or above Number: 1 1. In charge of making waste water treatment plant process and machine daily maintenance management policies. Making all kinds of processing rules. 2. In charge of waste water treatment plant daily management; organizing and fulfilling the production target. 3. Making water plant machine checking plan, and backup part purchasing plan. 4. Implementing the above plan 5. Making machine operation and monitor report. Report the operation status to operation manager. 6. Operator and maintenance technician training. 7. Implementing the QMS. Analyzing the technical target and guarantee the execution. 8. Checking the operation cost, and providing the improvement and optimizing plan. 9. Making all kinds of operation report, report to the operation manager at any moment. 10. Making water plant processing improvement and technique reforming plan and implantation. 11. Training for operators, and assessment of each position. Job Requirement: 1. BA or above degree, majoring in environment engineering, water supply and drainage or other related. 2. 2 years above working experience in water supply plant operation. 3. It is preferred to have waste water treatment plant work experience. 4. Accurate and pragmatic work attitude, good communication skill and team player. 5. Good English communication skill.
