Job Title: Project Coodinator (based in Naijing, 6months contractor)<br> <br>Organization: Operation Department<br>Business Area: <br>Location: Nanjing <br>工作性质 : Temporary<br>工作语言 : Mandarin/English<br>Job Code: <br><br>职位描述<br>He will be based on Nanjing Construction site, reporting to the construction mananager <br>Timeframe: Feb 05-Aug 05, 2009<br><br>Tasks <br> Site document control<br> None conformance report, Corrective action request filing with register(Log)<br> Document transition between DHV Beijing office, DNCC and Subcontractors<br> Daily and weekly report filing<br> Meeting minutes filing and distribution<br> collection and filing Proposal and methods of statement submitted by Subcontractors<br> collection and filing Inspection records submitted by Subcontractor<br> Filing Management of Design Change filing<br> Filing Design change notification filing<br> Filing Material certificates, Quality certificates, calibration certificates <br> Collect and Input data for weekly progress report<br> Collect and Input data for monthly progress report<br> Meeting minutes<br> Material control<br> Material receiving inspection and reporting<br> weekly Summary list of material received<br> Coordinate with procurement depart in office for goods delivery<br> Coordinate with Owner for Owner’s goods releasing. <br> HSE control<br> Site routine HSE supervision for civil work, MEP installation and E&IA installation.<br> Coordination with Owner’s HSE coordinator<br> Tool boxing meeting supervision <br><br><br>其他； 工程经济/管理/施工--施工管理； 固废处理施工管理--施工组织与管理；Experience <br> 3 years experience in international EPCM companies, <br> preferred previous experience as a construction site coodinator<br> HSE certification is a plus<br><br>Education <br> Bachelor degree, Major in Environmental Engineering, Civil engineering, Safty management will be a plus<br><br>Knowledge/Languages <br> Basic understanding of ISO procedure<br> Basic knowledge of civil construction, MEP installation and E&IA installation <br> Be proficient in MS offices,<br> Understandable oral and written english and the ability to interface with multinational clients <br><br>Working Partners/Contacts <br> DHV construction manager<br> Owner’s coodination engineer<br> Procurement Engineer in Beijing Office<br> Discipline engineers, Foreign specialistmotivated candidates, please send your complete CV in both English and Chinese to Gary.Ye@DHV.com请在邮件标题注明“来自中国水网人才频道”
