Responsible for developing and implementing financial and accounting policies and procedures of the operational project; interacting with lending institutions and financial community. In charge of consolidating and appraising organization results in terms of costs, budgets, and trends; ensuring fiscal records up-to-date and supervises preparation of financial reports.给水/自来水； Degree holder in Accounting or Finance with recognized accounting professional qualification
At least 5 years solid working experience in MNC. Previous experience working in JV or foreign companies would be an advantage.
Competence with management accounting and costing is essential
Strong working knowledge of PRC laws, taxation and accounting standards.
Good communication skills in English and Mandarin.
