Responsible for developing and implementing financial and accounting policies and procedures of the operational project; interacting with lending institutions and financial community. In charge of consolidating and appraising organization results in terms of costs, budgets, and trends; ensuring fiscal records up-to-date and supervises preparation of financial reports.给水/自来水； Consolidate, analyze and interpret the financial results of the operational project and report to the top management/Financial & Internal Controller of South China Region. Appraise operating results in terms of profitability, performance against the budget.
Supervises accounting division; may implement standards and rules for local accounting division. In charge of cost accounting and budgetary controls.
Ensure preparation of financial report for local activities; ensure the reporting to top management/Financial & Internal Controller of VWSC for consolidation, review and analyze.
Ensure the implementation of Reporting and Analytical systems.
Coordinates with Financial & Internal Controller of VWSC to organize internal audits.
May provide internal training and orientation to subordinates on accounting conventions/practices.
May interact with Bankers, Insurance Brokers and External Auditors.
Provide advice to management to financial issues and systems.
Degree holder in Accounting or Finance with recognized accounting professional qualification
At least 5 years solid working experience in MNC. Previous experience working in JV or foreign companies would be an advantage.
Competence with management accounting and costing is essential
Strong working knowledge of PRC laws, taxation and accounting standards.
Good communication skills in English and Mandarin.
