*Conceive, develop, test, and prototype new membrane modules that minimize energy expenditure and manufacturing cost and maximize system performance and reliability through the use of engineering tools and experiments.
*Plan and conduct statistically meaningful experiments to determine separation performance of cross-flow membrane filtrations systems.
*Assist with the implementation of new membrane element designs in manufacturing.
*Drive localization of our membrane products by performing validation experiments using locally sourced materials. May also need to assist Sourcing team in finding and qualifying vendors.
*Gather and analyze data and report key results
*Observe all health and safety rules and implement all policies, practices and procedures.
给水/自来水--水处理工艺；*MS degree in mechanical engineering
*Two years mechanical design experience preferred
*Motivated self-starter with the personal initiative to help shape a Growth Program
*Ability to conceive innovative solutions to complex problems and reduce to practice
*Solid statistical, data analysis, and scientific method skills
*Ability to use data and statistical analysis tools for planning DOEs in experimentation and for working-up results and making conclusions
*Creative, hands-on experimentalist
*Ability to design, construct, modify, operate, and troubleshoot equipment
*Excellent English and communication and presentation skills
*Ability to follow all safety rules and policies and promote a safe work place
*Knowledge of chemicals, pumps and fluid processing equipment preferred
