Job Description工作描述： 1.In overall charge of the projects development, including the PC’s operation, maintenance, safety healthy, HRA and Finance management, government relationships of the projects in Hebei Province; 按照总部要求全面负责山东淄博项目的日常运营、维护管理、安全健康、人事行政及财务管理、项目发展和政府关系工作； 2.Build up and maintain the relationship with governments or related departments of Hebei provincial level (such as EPB, Construction Department, Financial Department, etc.) , provide reliable and strong support for the company business operation and expansion ; 与山东省政府及相关城市的相关部门（如环保部门、建设部门、财政部门）等建立并维护紧密的关系，为公司的业务运作和项目拓展提供可靠有力的支持； 3.Promote public image of the company in Hebei province; Grasp timely and keep updated the governmental development layouts of Hebei province; 提升公司在山东省的企业形象，能够及时掌握山东省政府的发展规划及资讯； 4.Build up and maintain well relationship with banks, ensuring best financial support in daily operation and further financing; 与银行建立维护良好关系，为公司的日常运营及将来的融资提供有力支持和金融保障； 5.Be sensitive to the business opportunities and develop projects in Hebei; 保持高度的商业敏感性，在山东省内积极的开发新的项目； 6.With strong executive ability, to efficiently and faithfully implement the requirements of Headquarter. 能够高效和忠实贯彻和执行总部的各项要求，执行力强 7.Other tasks assigned by CEO and other directors of BJ; CEO及总部相关部门总监安排的其他工作任务。 Requirements任职要求： 1.Be very familiar with the plant BOT Model, HRA and Finance area; 熟悉BOT运营模式，有一定的财务管理及人事管理经验； 2.Strong communication skills and be good at relationship management; can build and maintain good relationship with local government; 很强的沟通能力，擅长关系管理，能够与当地政府建立并维护良好的关系； 3.Sharp commercial sense, can find and develop potential business opportunities; 敏锐的商业头脑，能够开发潜在业务； 4.Honest, reliable and integrated with strong corporate responsibilities and always protect interests of company; 诚实可靠，为人正直，有强烈的企业责任感，能够时时保护公司利益； 5.Ambitious and mature, can handle and manage conflicts; 强烈的进取心，成熟，能够管理冲突和矛盾； 6.Good team spirit and organizational capability. 良好的团队合作精神和组织能力。 7.More than five years working experiences in water supply plant or waste water treatment plant or relative management experiences in environment field will be preferred; 具有五年以上的水厂或污水厂或环保行业管理经验者尤佳； 8.Good English communication skill will be preferred; 良好的英语沟通能力尤佳。
