职位描述 职位描述：
1. 核查并审核污水厂和供水厂的工艺设计。
2. 负责项目设备选定。
3. 负责设备招标及安装。
4. 在调试及试运营期间负责提供技术支持。
5. 确保水处理及污水处理安全运营及维护。
6. 时刻保持良好的环保意识，确保项目平稳运行。
7. 设立水处理设施，制定包含应急措施在内的标准运营流程。
8. 管理、激励并培训运营人员，促使其更好地履行职责。
9. 确定运营设备需求，不断改善现场环境。
10. 管理并监督水处理厂和污水处理厂一切运营及维护事宜，及时发现并解决潜在问题。
11. 制定详细的维护流程，实施高水平的运营标准。
12. 就日常核心运营制定并实施预防性维护措施，解决水处理及污水处理现场工艺技术问题，负责现场维护及机械维修。
13. 参与竣工验收及工程结算。
14. 撰写设备价格清单以及工作报告，总结差旅汇报。
15. 技术总监安排的其他工作。
职位要求：
1. 专业背景要求：本科及以上学位，环境工程、电气工程、自动化工程、机械工程、化学工程，或给排水专业。
2. 从事设备检测，维护及管理工作至少5年；从事BOT及TOT项目建设及运营管理至少3年。
3. 有设计院工作经验。
4. 熟悉污水处理及供水市场情况，包括供应商，生产厂家，相关设备，合同及标书。
5. 能够就技术方面与内部及外部用英文进行口头及书面交流。
6. 熟悉招投标相关法律，规定及流程。
7. 在项目谈判及合同管理方面经验丰富。
8. 负责项目招标的准备工作，如向供应商或承包商提供设备说明以及技术要求，以满足项目设备需求及安装。
9. 对海水淡化工艺及中水回用有一定的认识和了解。
10. 具备良好的职业操守及较强的责任感和团队精神。
11. 具备良好的分析及表达能力，组织及协调能力。
12. 熟悉相关办公软件，如AutoCAD, Excel, Project等。
13. 良好的沟通能力，较强的分析及解决问题能力。
Job description:
1. Check and audit the process design of WWTP and WSP.
2. In charge of the equipments selection of project.
3. In charge of bidding for equipments and installation.
4. Technical support during commissioning and trial operation.
5. Ensure safe water treatment and wastewater treatment operations and maintenance activities
6. Ensure plant steady running with strong mind in environmental protection.
7. Set up water treatment facilities and Standard Operation Procedure including emergency response plan.
8. Manage, motivate and train operators for good performance.
9. Identifies operation equipment needs and continuously improve the production site.
10. Manages and monitors all operational and maintenance activities in water treatment and wastewater treatment, identify and improve potential problems.
11. Establishes the elaboration of a maintenance strategy, implement high standards of operation.
12. Develops and executes preventive maintenance of core operations daily and resolves water treatment and wastewater process technical problem on site, maintenances and repairs defective machinery.
13. Participate in the procedure of final acceptance and final settlement.
14. Write and summarize the pricing list for equipments and works reports and trip summaries.
15. Other works assigned by CTO.
Requirements:
1. Professional requirement: Bachelor degree or above in majors of Environmental/ Electrical/ Automation/ Mechanical/ chemical Engineering, water supply and discharge.
2. At least 5 years working experience in equipment inspection, maintenance and management. At least 3 years experience in construction and operation management for BOT and TOT.
3. With a professional experience in design institute.
4. Familiar with WWTP and WSP market including suppliers, manufacturers, related equipment, contracts and tenders.
5. Ability to speak, read, write English clearly for both internal & external communication at a technical level.
6. Familiar with related law, regulation and procedure of bidding and tender.
7. With rich experience in project negotiation and contract management.
8. Preparation work for bidding of plant such as: prepare equipment specification, technical enquiries to potential suppliers / contractors for the supply and erection of plants.
9. With knowledge in desalination process, water reclaim and reuse.
10. With good professional ethics and sense of responsibility and team spirit.
11. With strong ability of analysis and expression, as well as strong ability of organization and coordination.
12. Familiar with necessary professional software, such as AutoCAD, Excel, Project other related software.
13. Good communication skills, strong analysis and problem solving capability.
