Job description 岗位职责： 1. Responsible locate potential suppliers according to technical specifications. 2. Responsible to prepare and maintain database of qualified suppliers. 3. Prepare and maintain database of unit prices according to Tahal item list methodology. 4. Assist the bidding and procurement departments in Israel in procurement, supervision and acceptance of equipments. 5. Assist in equipment selection for the projects during bid stages and construction. 6. Assist to solve technical issues related with equipment during design phase. 7. Assist negotiation and signing contract with suppliers and sub-contractors; 8. Assist in preparing the operating instructions, maintenance manual. 9. Other works assigned by CEO 1. 根据技术规范寻找相关供应商 2. 负责制作、整理和维护合格供应商信息库 3. 按照泰和的方法要求准备和维护价格清单信息大全 4. 协助以色列的招投标和采购部门采购、监督和验收设备 5. 协助招投标期间和建设期间的项目设备筛选 6. 协助设计阶段中出现的和设备相关的问题 7. 与供应商、分包商的谈判及合同签订中的辅助工作 8. 协助准备运营指导书、维护手册等 9. 其他CEO安排的工作 Requirements: 任职要求： 1. Professional requirement : mechanical or electro mechanical Engineer, 2. At least 5-10 years working experience； 3. Knowledge in water and wastewater treatment processes, knowledge in desalination will be an advantage. 4. Familiar with related equipments, suppliers, manufacturers in water treatment industry. 5. Experience in detail design at least in one of the fields: a) Water treatment. b) Waste water treatment. c) Desalination. 6. Familiar with related law, regulation and procedure of bidding and tender. 7. With rich experience in project negotiation and contract management 8. With good professional ethics and sense of responsibility 9. With strong ability of analysis and expression, as well as strong ability of organization and coordination. 10. High level in Word and Excel. 11. Good English level 1. 专业要求：机械、电子机械工程 2. 至少5-10年工作经验 3. 熟悉水处理、污水处理工艺、脱盐工艺的尤佳 4. 熟悉水处理行业的设备、供应商、工厂等 5. 对水处理、污水处理、脱盐的设计至少精通一个 6. 熟悉招投标的相关法律、规定、程序等 7. 在项目谈判和合同管理方面经验丰富 8. 良好的职业道德和很强的责任感 9. 很强的分析、表达、组织和协调能力 10. 熟练应用Word和Excel 11. 流利的英语听说读写能力
