Responsible for enabling strategic initiatives across key L&R product lines, target applications and accounts. It acts as the sales link to BU, product development, and marketing / verticals providing customer and industry insight related to lab product/application needs and industry trends. Provides detailed technical/product application consulting that address the most critical business and operational needs for Hach’s key customers

 Key Responsibilities

·       Recognized as a lab product expert

·       Provide field application support to commercial teams (Sales & MKT) in North China. Consult and educate key customers, solve “complex” problems delivering efficiencies, optimization and cost saving that address the customers primary business/operational needs

·       Develop new application solutions to drive business growth

·       As lab product application owner, join in NPD&OI team, collects and develops information to support and develop sales tools (value sell documents, application notes, competitive analysis, etc.) 

·       Provides presentation leadership at Hach sponsored seminars and conferences

·       Supports Sales/Distributors/Customers training programs

·       Perform other related duties as required

Job Requirement

• 环境工程、化学、仪表、自动化等相关专业，大学本科以上学历
• 具有1~3年以上相关行业工作经验，熟悉水质分析仪器的应用
• 熟练的英语水平，能读写，可以进行口语交流
• 具备优秀的敬业精神及高度的团队合作精神，工作踏实认真，责任心强，愿意不断学习新知识
• 具备较强的沟通能力和学习能力
• 能适应经常出差
• Bachelor degree or above in environmental engineering, chemistry, instrumentation, automation and other related majors.
• Have 1 ~ 3 years work experience in related industries, familiar with the application of water quality analysis instruments. Good level in English speaking and writing.
• Excellent professionalism dedication, teamwork spirit, work prudence seriously, strong sense of responsibility, and willing to learn new knowledge.
• Good communication and learning skills.
• Can adapt to frequent business trip.
