职位描述
Guangzhou based, but he/she will have short term assignment working at our China Project (at Liuzhou for 6-12 months).

Provide expert support to the China operation project’s Customer Service function.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist Customer Service Manager in operational projects in handling customers service related duties.

Understands company's standards and China’s regular practices in customer service and assist each project in defining the optimum solutions based on the actual situation.

Fulfill the role of point person to coordinate customer services issues when requested by operational projects, and to maintain good communication among all parties (project personnel,experts, etc.)

Coordinate with company experts for audits at operational sites to gain an in-depth understanding of the situation.

Follow-up on and provide analysis to customer service related issues and provide feedback to company for further processing.

Assist in the development and implementation of procedures that are most suited for the operational projects.

Understands the development of company’s customer management software and provide assistance to the projects in the future.

Understands different software such as hotline and provide assistance to operational projects.

Provide guidelines for the development of customer service an hotline software.

Work closely with other departments regarding all issues related to customer service (e.g. billing and bad debt issues will need to be coordinated closely with the finance department).

Understands company's customer service charter and assist projects in its implementation to ensure that corporate guidelines are followed.

Implement and conduct training, if necessary.
企业管理--市场/销售;Diploma holder or above in Business Studies / Marketing or equivalent.

At least 3 year relevant experience in customer service, or in public utility corporation.

Experience with Customer Management Software is beneficial.

Knowledge of water service facilities is an added advantage.

Outgoing, self-motivated & able to work independently.

Logical problem solving skill and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Effective communication, good interpersonal skills, fluent spoken English & Chinese are necessary.
