General Duties •Site representative of the project. •Prepare for site commissioning work before his departure. •As the team leader to organizes, harmonize and carries out plant commissioning on site. •Coordinator of commissioning team, sub-contractor, supervisor and Client. •Coordinator with site team, client, and subcontractors involved. •Ensures the Quality Procedures / Healthy & Safety Procedure is strictly followed on site. •Prepare and issue Commissioning Procedures / Operation & Maintenance manual. •In charge of site expense report. •Gives technical guidance to Degrémont / Client’s subcontractors. •Carries out training of Client’s staff. •Keep following-up the performance of the commissioned plant and feedback. •Contribute to develop commissioning job and performance of plant. •Reports to PM and Execution Department Management. •Troubleshooting; •Creating and carrying out test procedures; •Liaising with installation/project engineers; •Scheduling and co-ordinating work to tight deadlines; •Ensuring that equipment works to its specification; •Making improvements to and offering advice about operational procedures; •Investigating problems, diagnosing/repairing faults on site; Ability •Bachelor degree or above major in Environmental Protection or Water&wastewater treatment or pyrology; •Five years working experience with at least two-year practical experience related to commissioning/operation of sludge dryness / incineration; •Advanced theory info of waste/sludge treatment and pyrology; •Good at mechanical practice (pump, blower, Incinerator, erection, maintenance, troubleshooting……); •Initiative spirit, Creative, and Team Spirit required; •Good at organization and communication skills; •Self-reliant, circumspective, logistic, systematic, consistent and hard-working; •Capable and willing to learn and improve continuously; •Fluent in Chinese and English (oral and written); •Advanced in MS office and Windows; •Ready to be a player within an international team; •Ready to travel in domestic and overseas.
