3、投标人资格要求
投标人应具备的资格或业绩：1）投标人名称应与招标代理机构的购标登记表上的名称一致。如不一致，其投标文件将予以拒绝接受； 2）本项目不允许联合体投标； 3）投标人必须为具备本项目履约能力的授权代理经销商。必须提供主要货物制造商针对本项目的投标授权书（需提供授权书的货物：柴油发电机组、ATS自动切换开关、UPS不间断电源、浪涌保护器、机房精密空调、蓄电池），同一个品牌只能授权给一个代理商参与本项目的投标；如同时授权给两个或以上代理商参与本项目投标的，则该品牌的所有投标人的投标将被拒绝。 4) 投标人所投的UPS不间断电源、STS必须为同一品牌制造商生产的设备。 5) 投标人所投UPS不间断电源必须通过中国泰尔认证中心认证，并提供相应的产品检测报告。 6)投标人2013年至今具有柴油发电机组与UPS不间断电源项目集成的成功案例，且单个项目案例金额不少于500万元。（需提供中标通知书复印件或合同复印件） 7)投标人2013年至今具有机房精密空调集成的成功案例。（需提供中标通知书复印件或合同复印件） 8) 投标人2013年至今具有UPS不间断电源设备双总线供电模式成功应用案例5个或以上（其中含容量不低于160KVA的案例，需提供合同复印件及用户使用报告原件）

3.Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance：1) name of the bidder shall be consistent with the name of the standard registration form available on the agency tender. If not, the tender documents will be rejected; 2) The project does not allow the consortium bid; 3) The bidder must have the ability to perform the project authorized dealer.
